No complains at all, the venue met expectation, can't recommend highly enough it. The hotel was close to the beach and close to Playa Chica. Our property was 26 minutes drive away from airport.

There were comfortable beds and a private safe, air conditioner, and an electronic key card inside the room. The setting of hotel was absolutely perfect, close to the sea.

our stay at las palmas de gran canaria was incredible, and mg poniente made it even better! the exceptional service and cleanliness of the hotel were truly outstanding. the location was perfect with a beautiful seafront just steps away!

The location was fantastic, just a stone's throw away from the beach and surrounded by great cafes and restaurants with a fun ambiance. What I enjoyed the most were the modern amenities provided in the hotel room, including exceptional cleanliness and comfortable bedding. All around a great stay!

The only thing I would change is the lack of security on the key cards. With room numbers conveniently labeled, it could be easy for someone who found a lost key card to enter a room unnoticed.
